People are social animals. That is widely understood, at least at a superficial level. But the degree to which social interaction influences us is an intense area of research, constantly yielding new insights. And some of those findings counter deep-seated beliefs and cultural norms. New evidence from cognitive science, social psychology, network science, and education is displacing folklore about the way our minds work, and this is being paralleled by our growing understanding of how social tools work in business and society.

During this one-hour webinar with Stowe Boyd, a leading advisor in the social space, and JB Holston, President and CEO of NewsGator Technologies, find out why social technologies make us smarter, why adding smart people to smart project teams doesn’t improve performance, and why simply telling others what we are working on and how we are progressing makes us happier. Register today!

Key take-aways:

  • Receive current research findings that seek to explain the world's growing social technology movement
  • Learn how social technologies appeal to you and your workforce on a cognitive and psychological level
  • Get tips on how to engage your employees, boost performance, and ultimately transform your business
