Going Social without Going Crazy, or Broke

During this one hour archived webinar, John Mancini, President of AIIM, discusses the business imperative of moving beyond systems of record — the financial, ERP, CRM, and supply chain systems that have been our focus for the past two decades — and into systems of engagement.

IT leaders are being bombarded by demands from all sides – from knowledge workers who want "stuff like LinkedIn and Twitter" inside the enterprise, to executives who want to leverage existing IT investments like Microsoft SharePoint. Come learn how you can help your organization build an IT strategy to better engage your customers, partners, and employees.

Webinar Highlights:

  • Learn why and how systems of engagement should be the focus of your IT strategy – without breaking your budget or losing your sanity!
  • Address the collaboration needs of your organization, partners, and customers while making them feel more engaged, connected, and productive.
