Pat Miller, Corporate Publications Manager, American Family Insurance
Pat Miller is the corporate publications manager at American Family Insurance, where she oversees online and print communications for approximately 18,000 employees. Before joining American Family, Pat worked as director of corporate document management at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans in Appleton, Wis. and edited Correspondent, the national magazine put out by Aid Association for Lutherans. David Soderna, Solution Architect, PointBridge
David Soderna is a solution architect for PointBridge. He is a proven manager and technology leader, with over 20 years of industry experience in consulting, corporate IT and software development. David’s recent focus is on developing and deploying Microsoft-based collaborative solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients throughout the Midwest. He is also an accomplished software architect and a Microsoft .NET Certified Solution Developer (MCSD .NET) with extensive experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle of multi-tier connected systems including architecture, object-oriented analysis and design, development, program and project management, requirements management, testing, and facilitation.


John Worrell, Director of Solutions Engineering, NewsGator
John Worrell is the Director of Solutions Engineering, which supports all North American government and commercial sales at NewsGator Technologies. Previously, John spent three years as a Senior Sales Engineer with NewsGator. In his tenure at NewsGator, he has worked with clients as small as 100 employees to as large as 250,000, crafting strategic social computing solutions for their SharePoint environments. Katlen Tillman, Community Strategist, Worldwide Partner Group, Microsoft
Katlen Tillman joined Microsoft in December of 2010 and is responsible for the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) community and social media strategy, community roadmap, and management of MPN global word-of-mouth marketing. She spent several years at award-winning Edelman Digital, working along-side top thought leaders in PR 2.0. There she was focused on digital and social media strategy on accounts such as Microsoft, Shell, Adobe, and Banfield The Pet Hospital. Her work on the Adobe account led to a Golden Sabre in 2010 for best business-to-business campaign for the launch of Adobe Creative Suite 5 in social media. Katlen is very passionate about the role that digital plays in communications and community, has a wealth of experience in B2C, and is now excited to be focused on social media in the B2B space.
